Condo Swap Proposed

We are looking for a condo in the Colorado Ski Areas, preferably the Winter Park area, to swap for our condo at EDM. Our son, Greg and his wife and baby (darling baby) would like to plan a ski trip for sometime in February or March, 2012. Since we will be in Australia, our condo is available from Feb 1 to April 25. If you have a condo in Winter Park, Copper or Steamboat  and have need of a two-bedroom, ground floor unit in Phase 1 of EDM, please reply to this post in the comment box or email me directly, krisvadale@aol.com. Condo Wanted

We are hoping to return to EDM next season and are interested in renting either a 2 or 3 bdrm condo in either Phase I or II, for either two or three months. If only two months it would be Jan and Feb. If you have a unit or know of someone who might please let us know as we would like to arrange to take a tour of those available before we leave at the end of March.
